About Me

Barb Goodwin spent nearly four decades as a flight attendant before trading the skies for storytelling.

Now an author, she writes romantic thrillers, historical thrillers, and time-travel romance. Her books include Atlantic Crossing, the Lost Treasures historical thriller series, which she co-authors with her nephew, Doug Penikas, and the nine-book Love Beyond Time series.

The Lost Treasures adventures follow the hunt for legendary artifacts still missing to this day. Doug's quick wit adds sparks of laughter to every writing session.

Barb is also one of three inseparable sisters—including an identical twin—and credits their bond as a lifelong source of strength, joy, and inspiration.

Barb loves Springer Spaniels and had two who gently snored on the couch as she wrote her novels. She didn't take that as a statement about her writing, though.
